Day 34 - Gotta Love The Cheese!

We woke fully expecting rain but the day was beautiful!  The temperature was in the 60‘s.  How nice for a day of touring.
Inside the church

Unitarian Church.

The Mallatts (our daughter-in-law’s parents) graciously toured us around Madison today.  We saw many of the buildings influenced or designed by Frank Lloyd Wright.

What an impressive building.

Unbelievably beautiful
We saw the very impressive capital building, the weekly (when the weather is good) Farmers’ Market, the annual Crazy Legs Race and the wild and scary block party in the middle of the University of Wisconsin (that was more like a mile-of-solid-people party).  The capital building reminded me of some of the Cathedrals or state houses of Europe or England.
We're in the Sports Hall of Fame.
Hey, there's Bill's name!
Such great food!
We tasted and bought cheese in the market and then had a wonderful lunch at the Paoli Schoolhouse Cafe.

Then it was on to the Mallatt’s house and pictures of the family, especially Margaret as she was growing up.
We headed back to the KOA to relax and prepare for leaving tomorrow.  We’ll let you know where we’re going when we know!!  It may be that we’ll be around normal (Normal), but then most of you know us better than that!
Shalom and hugs,  Heather and Davis . . .
