Cool night, good for sleeping (however, I awoke at 3am worried about the fact that neither house in Morehead has sold - I must have had a bad dream or something because this hasn’t kept me up before).

Today was a traveling day to Ghost Ranch and back. I must have taken 250 pictures! (Hope I can post at least 2 or 3! Check at very bottom). Every turn in the road revealed another breathtaking vista.

Abiquiu (a man-made lake formed when they damed Chama River*) and then walked around Ghost Ranch for a while. Davis has so many great memories of the place. It was there that he was inspired to write many of his best works.

We had planned to tour museums tonight but opted for evening at home and early to bed. It’s strange not keeping up with what’s happening in the world, but it’s also kinda freeing; if I can’t do anything about it, why worry about it.

Great Photos! How is the temperature in New Mexico? We barely got in the 50's today. Had a wonderful day of 70 on Thursday. It is so much fun to follow along with you two!
